You may be starting here or have come from another blog - either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today.

Here are the measurements and some directions for creating this Thank You card. I did create this card for a technique class with the Butterflies and Flowers Decorative Masks. Purple hues were used, yet one could use any color re-inker to color the Shimmery Embossing Paste.

Measurements:

Gorgeous Grape A-2 Card Base, scored at 4-1/4"

Basic White Layer 4"x 5-1/4" (2x)

Basic White Layer 3-3/4" x 5"

3/4" Embossed Gorgeous Grape strip

2 feet Tri-colored Ribbon

Basic Black for ladybug's body

Highland Heather scrap for ladybug's wings

Matte Black Dots

Basic White sentiment tag

Directions:

1. Color Shimmering Embossing Paste with Highland Heather Re-inker to desired darkness. Spread paste over the flower mask very thinly.  Remove mask and put the mask in soapy water immediately. Wash the palette tools, also. Let dry.

2. Adhere strip embossed with the Gingham  Embossing Folder with liquid glue. Glue pasted layer to the other Basic White layer and tie with Tri-color ribbon or Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon. Attach all layers to the Gorgeous Grape cardbase.

3. Put together the ladybug and embellish with bling. Adhere with dimensionals.

4. Stamp sentiment of choice with Memento Black Ink.

5. Glue Basic White card base inside to allow for a message to the recipient.

Luv 2 Stamp Blog Hop January Bouquet of Love Meets Sweet Talk Suite

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2022 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you this year. We hope to inspire you to create beautiful new projects. Each month we will have a different theme based on the next month’s celebrations using Stampin’ Up! products. When you have completed each post, be sure to scroll down to the bottom and you will see the list of Blog Hop Participants. You may either click on their name to go to their post or click the NEXT button.  Happy Crafting, and I hope you enjoy this month’s theme is:
 Love.

This lovely card was created for Valentine's Day, but one could just change the sentiment, and it could be used for an anniversary, wedding, or just to show you care.

Starting with a 4"x6" Memory and More Basic White Card Base, I decided to use the new Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder, an embossing folder with dies. I embossed a piece of Gorgeous Grape cardstock and cut out the center heart in one pass through the Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine. I cut a small piece of Small Talk DSP and  adhered it to the back of the embossed piece, making sure that the direction in the paper is followed. Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, adhere the Gorgeous Grape piece to the large Memory and More card base. Approximately 18" of Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon is tied around the fold. The sentiment is from the Sweet Conversation Stamp Set and stamped using Gorgeous Grape Ink and embellished with the lovely Pastel  Pearls.

All Together New Set From Stampin' Up

I had an "accident" that help create this card. My sheet that I colored got turned over and this is what I saw. I used the new Stampin' Up Natural Stampin' Blends. This is the backside after the bleed. But this looks even better on this side. The sentiment is part of the Here For You Dies. The little hearts were the cutouts from the Sweet Heart Dies. The DSP is All Together, and will be available on February 1st, unless you would like to join Craft Coach Laurie's team, then you can add this with your starter kit.

Sweet Conversation Multi-Tiered Pop-Up Card with Hedgehog, Otter, Hearts, and Ladybug

Just as promised, here is the finished product from yesterday. It is a multi-tiered card that uses multiple items from the upcoming Stampin' Up! January to June Mini Catalog which goes live on January 4, 2022. The collage above gives various steps of the process. First, I created my character sticks and the frame made from Thick Basic White cardstock. I did follow the directions from Mixed Up Craft, but I wanted to use products from Stampin' Up's  new catalog.

Sets used include the Sweet Conversations Bundle, the Hello Ladybug Builder Punch, the adorable Happy Hedgehog Bundle, and the Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing, which allows you to emboss and die cut, too.

The cool thing about this card is that it will fold flat for mailing, but one must create an envelope, which will be another post.

Come back on January 4th, and I will have all the product information. But there are still a few days to shop the Last Chance Sale at: https://craftingcoachlaurie.stampinup.net.

These are the Awesome Otters, Happy Hedgehog Bundle, the Hello Lady Bug Bundle, and the Love and Happiness Bundle. The colors are taken from the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper.
