Here are the measurements and some directions for creating this Thank You card. I did create this card for a technique class with the Butterflies and Flowers Decorative Masks. Purple hues were used, yet one could use any color re-inker to color the Shimmery Embossing Paste.
Measurements:
Gorgeous Grape A-2 Card Base, scored at 4-1/4"
Basic White Layer 4"x 5-1/4" (2x)
Basic White Layer 3-3/4" x 5"
3/4" Embossed Gorgeous Grape strip
2 feet Tri-colored Ribbon
Basic Black for ladybug's body
Highland Heather scrap for ladybug's wings
Matte Black Dots
Basic White sentiment tag
Directions:
1.
Color Shimmering Embossing Paste with Highland Heather Re-inker to desired
darkness. Spread paste over the flower mask very thinly. Remove mask
and put the mask in soapy water immediately. Wash the palette tools,
also. Let dry.
2. Adhere strip embossed with the Gingham Embossing Folder with liquid glue. Glue
pasted layer to the other Basic White layer and tie with Tri-color
ribbon or Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon. Attach all layers to the Gorgeous Grape cardbase.
3. Put together the ladybug and embellish with bling. Adhere with dimensionals.
4. Stamp sentiment of choice with Memento Black Ink.
5. Glue Basic White card base inside to allow for a message to the recipient.
