Happy New Year, Crafty Friends!

I have created a series of cards with the newly to be released Memories and More Cards and Envelopes and the Sweet Thing Memory and More Card Pack. I even combined the card bases with Perennial Lavender DSP and  engineered a box to hold my cards for easy gift giving.
This video shows the box that I created and elements from the card pack. Here are the directions for the box I created.

Cut Pieces
8-3/4" x 12" Calypso Coral

Score on the short side:
1-1/4" and 7-3/4"

Score on the long side:

This month’s theme is Gift Tags!
Not only did I make the gift tags, but I also made a box to put them in. This will make such a thoughtful gift for a special friend.

Directions:
Cut the Shining Christmas DSP in strips to fit the dies for the Tailor Made Tag Dies. In addition, die cut some tags in Basic White. I did all three sizes. I also cut tags from Merriest Trees Dies.
Now comes the fun part, decorating the tags. I used several stamp sets to tie the theme of the paper together. The To/From and Merry Christmas is from Celebrate with Tags. The trees are from the Forever Forest Stamps. The Sheer Ribbon Combo was colored with Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends to match the DSP.

Luv 2 Stamp Blog Hop: CASE the Catalog!

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2023 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you again for the third year. This year we are shaking things up and bringing you all new monthly themes to inspire your next project!

This month’s theme is CASE the Catalog!
CASE is an acronym for Copy and Share Everything. So, today's challenge is to select a project from the Stampin' Up! catalog. For me, I selected the just released September to December Mini Catalog. One will find offerings for the upcoming holiday season and beyond.
Today's project features products from the

O Holy Night Suite.

These are the products on pp. 16-17 of the most recent catalog. Look at those adorable little ornaments. I will take inspiration from these. This ornament can be attached to a package or gift bag as a decoration. One could also use it as an ornament. Stampin' Up! products can be used for more than just cards!

Tips for the Ornament:

I ordered the gold rings from a box store. I die cut two circles with the Deckled Circle Dies, one larger and one smaller than the 3" ring. I then tried liquid glue on the ring, but the next time I make an ornament, I will use a glue gun for better adherence. I cut out the various stars out of gold foil, More Dazzle Specialty Paper, and Night of Navy Cardstock. Next, I punched a hole and tied some Night of Navy Fan Bakers Twine and adhered a draping bow from Night of Navy and Gold Glittered Ribbon with a Mini Glue Dot.

Will you try making an ornament?

Tall Box with Beary Christmas DSP

This is a tall box that holds a bottle of liquid soap from Bath and Body Works. I used a Basic White base and the Beary Christmas DSP and layered with Night of Navy cardstock. The tag top was punched with the soon-to-be-released Sparkling Snowflake Tag Topper Punch. The sentiment was stamped in Night of Navy and is from the Beary Christmas Stamp Set.

I used the directions from Ink Block Doodles. But I do have some of the steps documented below.

If you like any of these products, please leave me a comment.

DSP (Inside) Cut 2 at 1” x 5 1/4"
Basic White (Outside) Cut 2 at 1 3/8” x 5 3/8”
Basic White (Inside) Cut 2 at 1 3/8” x 5 3/8”

Center
Basic White (Inside) 3-1/2"x 5-1/2"
Real Red 3-1/4" x 10-1/2", score at 5-1/4"

Here is a video that I took so one can see how it goes together.

Here is another card that I made with Shaded Spruce, a different Joy of Christmas DSP, and a layer using the Mini Christmas Trees Die, the Loose Holly Gems and Sequins, and Deckled Circle Dies.

I did take inspiration from LisaCurcio:Accordion Center Fold.

Patchwork Dies with Delightfully Eclectic DSP

These sweet cards were made with Delightfully Eclectic DSP cut with the Patchwork Pieces Dies from the Annual Catalog. I cut two different pieces of DSP and sent them through the Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine. I alternated the papers and adhered to a Highland Heather card base. Before adhering to the Basic White card base, wrap the Glittered Organdy Ribbon and tie a bow. The sentiment label was cut with the large Gone Fishing Die and stamped with Night of Navy ink. The stamp is from the Ink and Tiled Stamp set and the embellishments are Tinsel Gems Three-Pack.

Why don't you try this technique. One can use any DSP!

Here are the cards close up.

Please be sure to leave a comment if you like these cards.

Joyful DSP Meets Enjoy the Rhythm Stamp Set

This is a collection of simple cards made from the soon-to-be-released Joyful DSP. As soon as I saw this Cherry Cobbler with gold foil music decorated paper, I knew I wanted to pair it with the Enjoy the Rhythm Stamp Set from the Annual Catalog. Two of the cards feature a Very Vanilla sentiment label punched from the new Modern Oval Punch. The two other labels are made with either a 2-3/8" circle punch and the Countryside Corners Dies. Cherry Cobbler and Memento Black is the ink that I stamped my sentiments.

Here are the cards close up.

Masterfully Made Card Box and 6 Graciously Made Fun Fold Cards

Not only did I create 3 projects for my monthly class, I also created these projects. The A-2 box fits at least 6 cards with envelopes. The last card on the right is 5" X  7", and does not fit in the box.

Here is a video that shows the box from a 360-degree view. I used the Delightful Doily Hybrid Embossing Folder with DSP from the Bright and Beautiful 6"x6" bundle.  I colored the ribbon with light and dark Berry Burst Stampin' Blends, as well as the Bubble Bath Ribbon. I did embellish with the Tinsel Gems Four-Pack.

Here are the cards that go in the gift box.

The last card was left blank so that I can personalize it, if and when needed.  With all these beautiful cards made using with the one suite, Masterfully Made, which one is your favorite?  Select A-F.

Thanks again for stopping by! All the supplies can be purchased from the link below,

Luv 2 Stamp Blog Hop Masterfully Made Meets Bubble Bath Sheer Ribbon

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2023 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you again for the third year. This year we are shaking things up and bringing you all new monthly themes to inspire your next project!

This month’s theme is ribbon!
I custom created my ribbon to match the Berry Burst in the Masterfully Made DSP. I took the 3/8" Bubble Bath from the combo pack, and ran my Dark Berry Burst Stampin' Blends Marker over the front and backside of the ribbon. Voila! Matching ribbon in no time.
I laid down a piece of ribbon round the layer and attached with Seal on the backside. I then took a 7" piece of ribbon to tie the bow on front. This uses much less ribbon.
The last tip for you is to use the large die from the Gone Fishing Dies to cut 5 sentiment layers in one pass using the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. One of these blocks make a great tag to stamp my birthday greetings.

Of course, one needs some bling to complete the card. I used Tinsel Gems Four-Pack for accent.

Couuntryside Inn with Cheerful Daisies

Here is this week's creation for the Luv2Stamp Artisan Crafter. It is a regular A2 card. I have used the Countryside Inn dies and DSP, the Cheerful Daisies bundle, the Nested Dies, and the Adhesive Backed Gems  for the front side of my card.

The inside of the card carries the Countryside Inn DSP, the Stylish Shapes Die for the sentiment, and  Silver Metallic Embossing Powder.

The backside as a 4"x 5-1/4" Basic White panel with a die cute daisy that has been sponged with Boho Blue and Crushed Curry ink.

This is a stunning card. Here are materials needed to make this card.

L2Stamp Artisan Crafter Masculine Congratulations with Earthen Elegance

Here is my 2nd card as the Luv2Stamp Artisan Crafters. The inspiration was a challenge. While up in Oregon for my son's wedding, my brother asked if I had brought extra wedding cards. I will be honest, I did not make any specifically for the wedding beside what I gave my son and daughter-in-law. I did show my brother what other cards I did have. He joking said, "Do you have anything more masculine?" Challenge accepted!

Since my daughter-in-law likes to quilt, I thought immediately about a patchwork quilt style card.

I used DSP from the Earthen Elegance, Let's Go Fishing, and Neutrals 6"x6" Dsp. I cut 1/2" strips to give more variety in my "quilt."  The sentiment was stamped in Copper Clay and the stamp was from Inked and Tiled Cling Stamps.

Did I complete the challenge? Let me know if I did.

Luv 2 Stamp Design Artisan Wanted to Say Dies Cards

Happy 4th of July weekend!

In honor of the holiday, I have created my first cards with 6x6 Brights and 6x6 Neutral DSP. They are the stars of the show! The cardstock is Poppy Parade, Night of Navy, and Basic White. The Celebrate is from the Wanted to Say Dies, with the circles cut from the Stylish Shaped Dies and the hexagons from the Nested Essential Dies. The embellishment is the lovely Night of Navy Bordered Ribbon. The little stars are from the Wanted to Say Dies, too.

I look forward to creating for the Luv 2 Stamp  team for the next 3 months!

Here are a few more of the cards that I made at the same time. I hope you are inspired to create for this holiday weekend! I love red, white, and blue! My house is blue and white, and I wanted a red door! But my kids said that I could not have a red, white and blue home!

Luv 2 Stamp Blog Hop 2023 DSP Carousel Card with Dandy Designs

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2023 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you again for the third year. This year we are shaking things up and bringing you all new monthly themes to inspire your next project!

This month’s theme is Designer Series Paper.
I am featuring Dandy Designs, the huge packet of 12"x12" double-sided paper available with a $100 order during Sale-A-Bration. Since I wanted to showcase how versatile, bright, and colorful this DSP is, I created a carousel card. This 3-D card folds up to fit in a medium envelope but would require extra postage. I might need to create a box if it gets mailed.
Since I usually design cards with a recipient in mind, this is a birthday card featuring images from the Best Day Cling Stamps. The recipient loves cats so this will be perfect!
PS: I might add some of the sayings or the party puffin from the Party Puffin Cling Stamp Set.

Cut List:
Basic White 6"x6"', score at 3" and turn 90 degrees and score at 3". (4X)
Basic White 2-7/8" x 2-7/8" (10x)
DSP of Choice 2-3/4" x 2-3/4" (10x)
18'' of Balmy Blue 1/2" Variegated Ribbon

Here is my video of the completed project:

I found step-by-step directions from another company, plus I watched Debbie Mason's video for putting it together.
Why don't you try this cute card by putting your own spin on it. This could be an adorable baby card decorated with pictures, or even a thank you card. My next one will be for Saint Patrick's Day using this same pack of DSP.
